How can I get people to notice me?
Login often, view members and show interest. If you really like someone we recommend you write a short and sweet mail message. This will make you stand out from other admirers.
How do I report abuse?
When viewing a person's profile or picture you need to click on "Report Abuse". We will review this individual and take appropriate action.

Your Account
I forgot my logon details. What can I do?
On the home page select "Forgot Password" and then enter the email address that you have used to sign up to this service. We will then email you your logon details to your nominated email address. Should you no longer have access to your email address, please contact us direct.
How do I to change my Password?
Once logged in, select "Change Password" in your home page. Password changes will take effect immediately.
Can I change my username?
You are not able to change your username. However, you may re-register your account with a new username. Please bear in mind that old correspondence and settings don't automatically transfer onto the new account.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account anytime by logging in and nominating to disable your account. Should you choose to, you can log into the site again later and re-activate your account. If your account has been inactive for a long time then it may have been permanently removed and you will need to create a new account.

Tips on creating a good profile
The number of responses mostly depends on the quality of your profile and picture. Think about it this way, people like to know who they are writing to. Members that post a picture usually get about 10 times more clicks than members who don't. Keep in mind that members who perform searches or browses will see your primary picture and greeting. So make primary picture a good one and the greeting catchy.
Why does my new profile description not immediately show?
When you make changes to free text in your profile, your profile will be put into a review phase. This prompts our staff to review your text to make sure it complies with out site policy. We do this to ensure that inappropriate content is not included, such as contact details, full names, swear words, abuse, etc. If your profile has old textual descriptions then this will show until the profile changes have been approved.
How accurate are the translation services?
You can use the Google powered translator to translate textual details input by other members into a language more comfortable for you. Please keep in mind that the translator is not perfect and may get confused when using non standard symbols within words.

Your Pictures
Why do my pictures not show up immediately on my profile?
Pictures that you upload will trigger a review phase. This prompts our staff to review the new pictures to make sure they comply with out site policy. We do this to ensure that inappropriate content is not included, such as contact details, pictures of pets only, etc. The pictures will show up once they have been approved.
What is my Primary Picture?
Your primary picture is he the default picture members will see in search results and gallery views of your profiles. We suggest that you make your best picture your primary picture. To make a picture your primary one select "Add/Manage Photos" from your Home page, then specify the picture to be on the top of the page.
How many pictures can I upload?
We limit the number of pictures that you can upload to 6. These ensure that members only show their very best pictures and reduce clutter. If you need to load up a picture and you have used up your limit, we suggest you delete another picture.

Is this site really Free?
All features of this website are free for now. This site will eventually become a commercial paying site. We suggest that you take full advantage of this free period.
Why don't I receive any emails from the site?
The emails may be going into you're your email spam folder. Please check that this is not occurring and if they are mark the email as 'not' spam or junk mail. We also suggest that you add our email address to your address book as many spam filters will not mark mail from people in the address book as spam.
What is an Affiliate?
Becoming an affiliate allows you to make money by reselling our service. Every member that signs up under your affiliate number you can earn money once the site is commercial. Contact us for more details.

Member Searches
What does update my match info from this search criteria do?
This is a neat little feature that allows you to update your preferred match information in your profile from your current search criteria.
How do the search settings work?
When you login to the site, the search values get populated from your preferred match information. These automatically become your default search settings which you can then change as desired. Should these settings not be appropriate for you it is suggested that you the tick the box "update my match info from this search criteria" or you select to "Add/Update Match".
How can I get a quick result of my matches?
You can get a quick single-click match result as defined in your preferred match information by clicking "My Matches". The search result uses similar settings just like your "Standard Search". The result is filtered by last access.
How Member Search work?
This allows you to search for members by their Username. If you remember the member's exact name that may wish to change the match criteria (e.g. return all members with username starting with Ting).
